EOTC Week experience

For the past week we have been doing our EOTC week activities. For the first day it was cancelled but we did it yesterday. The second day the year 8s went to the rehua marae and museum but i was sick. the third day it was omaka again and we did some poetry, water safety, sport and games we also went for a 15 minuet swim in the lake. on the fourth day we went to Adrenalin forest and Spencer park that was really fun. Yesterday we did omaka camp for Mondays one, on this day we mostly did water stuff. We did Archery, Slack lining, tubing and fire building, we made these bread things by the fire it was really hot.

My favorite was probably adrenaline forest or omaka camp.

Zhu fitness training

We did a zhu workout last Thursday and we had to do challenging movements of animals like, Bear crawls, Frog squats and much more. It was challenging for everyone but no one gave up. I think it was a fun way to do strength workouts and fitness.
