Nutrition learning

This term we have been learning about Health and Nutrition. We had to work in groups of 2-3. We had to see how much Fat, Sugar, Protein, Vitamins and Sodium. So you have to make sure that have some healthy stuff everyday and you could possibly have some takeaways 1-2 times every two weeks.
