Venice, the capital of northern Italy’s Veneto region, is built on more than 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. It has no roads, just canals – including the Grand Canal thoroughfare – lined with Renaissance and Gothic palaces. The central square, Piazza San Marco, contains St. Mark’s Basilica, which is tiled with Byzantine mosaics, and the Campanile bell tower offering views of the city’s red roofs.

Colour poem (cerulean)

My Cerulean Colour poem

Cerulean is a colour
Cerulean is a blue sky
The sky is a Cerulean colour just like the ocean
Cerulean is a bright colour
In my dream the trees were Cerulean
The walls were painted Cerulean
My new car was Cerulean
Look up at the Cerulean  sky once more to see the sun
The sea was a glistening cerulean today, even more beautiful than the smooth, cloudless sky.

We made scones for cooking last week on Monday and Thursday. The first day we made scones we didnt let them cook long enough. So we decided to cook them again and they were a bit better. I did not like them because they taste like flour. Next time dont let us cook them.

Then we made pizza swirls the next Monday. I didnt try them but i bet they weren't good.
